What if an account doesn’t work?
Every order comes with a warranty. If you can’t log in, message us via Live Chat within the warranty period shown on the product page. We’ll replace the account or refund to your AccTube balance.
Which payment methods can I use?
Top up your balance with USDT (TRC20 or BEP20), Binance Pay or the other crypto gateways shown on the Add funds page. PayPal and other manual methods are handled by our support team in live chat. Purchases are then paid from your balance.
How do I contact support?
Sign in and use Live Chat (the chat button at the bottom right of every page). For a specific order, use Report a problem in My products so your order ID is included and we can help faster.
How do I keep a purchased account safe?
Right after delivery: change the password, add your own recovery email or phone, and turn on two-step verification. Avoid logging in from many devices or countries on the first day, and keep the original login details until you have finished securing the account.
Do I need an account and a balance to buy?
Yes. Sign in or create a free account, top up your balance on the Add funds page, then buy. The price is deducted from your balance and the account is delivered right away.
I sent USDT on the wrong network or the wrong amount. What should I do?
Message us on Live Chat with the transaction hash (TXID), the network and the amount you sent. We will check the transfer, but funds sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may not be recoverable.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Enter it in the Coupon code field on the product page and tap Apply before you buy. If the code is valid, the discount is taken off the order total.
Which languages is the site available in?
