Terms & conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AccTube (acctube.com) and every purchase you make on it. AccTube is operated by AccTube.com. By creating an account, depositing funds or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we sell

AccTube sells digital accounts, mainly YouTube channels. Each product page shows the product's description, price, stock and warranty period. The product you receive matches that description at the time of delivery.

AccTube is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, YouTube or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use AccTube.
  • You are responsible for your login details and for everything done with your account. Tell us through Live Chat right away if you think someone else has access to it.
  • One person may hold one account. Account names are unique.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, uses stolen payment methods, abuses warranties or tries to harm the service.

3. Balance and deposits

  • Purchases are paid from your AccTube balance. You add funds through the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page.
  • Deposits are credited after the payment is confirmed. Automatic methods usually confirm within minutes; manual methods are confirmed by our team during working hours.
  • Deposit bonuses, when offered, follow the tiers shown at the time of deposit. Bonus credit can only be spent on products.
  • Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user or exchanged for cash. It can only be used to buy products on AccTube.
  • Send only the exact currency and network shown for each method. Funds sent to a wrong network, address or with a wrong amount may be lost, and we cannot always recover them.

4. Orders and delivery

  • When you confirm an order, the price is taken from your balance and the account details appear immediately in My products.
  • Prices and stock can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm the order.
  • Right after delivery, you should log in, change the password and add your own recovery email and phone number. We are not responsible for losses that happen because these steps were not taken.

5. Warranty, replacement and refunds

  • Every product has the warranty period shown on its product page, counted from the delivery time.
  • If an account does not work as described (for example, you cannot log in with the delivered details) within the warranty period, message us through Live Chat with your order code.
  • After checking, we will replace the account or refund the paid amount to your AccTube balance. Refunds go to your balance only, not to the original payment method.
  • The warranty does not cover problems caused after delivery, including: changing the account's content, name or settings in a way that triggers a platform review; breaking the platform's rules (copyright strikes, spam, prohibited content, sudden mass activity); logging in from many devices or locations at once; selling or sharing the account; or a claim made after the warranty period ends.
  • Only our support team can approve a replacement or refund. Messages from the AI assistant are general information and are not a promise of a refund, discount or compensation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AccTube or any product bought here to:

  • break any law, or the terms of YouTube, Google or any other platform;
  • send spam, run scams or phishing, or spread malware;
  • upload or promote illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors;
  • pay with stolen cards, accounts or funds, or open fraudulent payment disputes;
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to AccTube.

We may refuse service, cancel orders and close accounts that break these rules. Balance from fraudulent deposits will be removed.

7. Platform risk

Accounts on third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms. Google, YouTube or other platforms may change their rules, review, limit or suspend accounts at any time. Outside the warranty described in section 5, AccTube is not responsible for actions a platform takes on an account after delivery.

8. Support

Support is provided through Live Chat on the website. Our AI assistant answers common questions instantly. Our team answers other questions every day.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AccTube's total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or damage to your business.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to run your account and orders, such as your email, account name, order history and payment records. We do not sell your personal data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using AccTube after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
